Business Studio Portraits on Location in Mexico City
When people hear the term’ business portraits,’ they often picture a traditional studio — complete with lights, backdrops, quiet music, and a calm setup where each person steps in one by one. But what if that same studio experience could come directly to your office?

That’s exactly what I specialize in with my Business Studio Portraits on Location in Mexico City — professional, consistent, and creative portraits created right inside your company. This approach combines the controlled lighting and precision of a studio with the convenience of on-site efficiency.
Recently, I brought this service to life at Casino Infiniti in Polanco, where I photographed employees and performers during their Día de los Muertos celebration. It was the perfect example of how studio-quality results can be achieved anywhere — transforming a busy workplace into a professional photo studio for one unforgettable evening.
Case Study – Casino Infiniti Día de los Muertos
Sometimes, the best stories begin where you least expect them — in a casino on a Thursday afternoon in Polanco.
I was invited to photograph at Casino Infiniti, located at Anatole France 120, Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, 11550 CDMX, for their Día de los Muertos celebration. The manager called me and said:

“We’re planning something special — our employees will have professional makeup inspired by Catrinas, and we want portraits to celebrate and promote the event. Can you bring your studio here?”
Of course, I said yes.
I arrived around 4:30 p.m. with lights, softboxes, and backdrops — basically, my entire studio on wheels. The casino was full of energy; makeup artists were finishing up beautiful designs on each employee.
Around 5:30 p.m., the portraits started.
“Okay, mira acá… shoulders down, good posture, big smile — perfecto!” I’d say, in my usual Spanglish mix, while testing the lights. They laughed, I laughed — the ice was broken.
Some of them were initially shy.

“Todo bien, no worries, I got you. Let’s make you look like a movie star,” I’d tell them.
Others were completely ready for the spotlight.
“Un poquito más chin up, sí, así… perfecto. Give me that confident look — imagine you just won the jackpot!”
Soon, everyone was relaxed and having fun. A few employees even returned for extra photos — “Cristian, otra, por favor!” — because they enjoyed the experience so much.
The manager told me that they have three Catrinas (one man, two women) later on. They are all professional models, dressed as Catrinas with detailed makeup. The atmosphere was anything but casino-like. The leadership of the casino managed to beautifully organize tradition with elegance, demonstrating their efforts to respect Mexican culture. Congratulations!

I wrapped up around 8:30 p.m. after four hours of shooting — individual, duo, and group portraits. The manager was thrilled, the employees left smiling, and Casino Infinity now has a collection of professional portraits that celebrate both their team and Mexican culture.
Moments like these remind me why I love photography — it’s not just about the picture; it’s about connection, laughter, and the confidence that comes with it.
Why Business Studio Portraits on Location Benefit Businesses
That evening in Polanco was more than a photo shoot — it was a reminder of how effective it is to bring the studio directly to your workplace.

In a city as dynamic as Mexico City, time is precious. Coordinating dozens of employees to travel to a studio can be logistically tricky. By bringing a full studio setup — lights, backdrops, and all — directly to your HQ, your team can be photographed efficiently and comfortably in their own environment, creating excellent business studio portraits.
Each portrait has a professional look, characterized by clean lighting, soft shadows, and natural skin tones. The result is consistent, polished imagery that’s ideal for corporate websites, marketing, or internal communications.
At the same time, people feel relaxed — surrounded by colleagues, sometimes joking, sometimes sipping their coffee between takes. That’s when authentic expressions appear — the kind that make studio-quality portraits for professionals memorable and timeless.

Bringing the Studio to Your Company
My process is simple but precise. I arrive about an hour before the session to set up what I like to call a pop-up studio. I bring professional strobes, reflectors, and my reliable softboxes. The light is fully controlled — just like in my Polanco home studio — yet adaptable for any space, from conference rooms to lobbies or even staff lounges.
Once everything is ready, I usually ask someone to help me test the lights.
“Alright, let’s do a quick test — mira acá… good, now tilt your chin just a bit. ¡Excelente!”

Those first few minutes always set the tone. When people see that the process is relaxed and fun, they loosen up instantly. My goal is to make each person feel at ease, confident, and natural — whether it’s a formal executive portrait or a creative branding image.
For companies seeking to go beyond traditional corporate imagery, I also offer professional creative studio photography services in CDMX, ideal for personal branding and artistic projects that showcase their unique personality.

Why Hire a Corporate Photographer in Mexico City
