Shooting dates and times:
9th, 10th, 12th, start at 9:30 AM-Sharp. Finish when the shots are done.

The client didn’t request it, but I provided all the crop versions shown below, including 1:1 ratios for platforms like LinkedIn, at no extra charge. Each client will receive two folders: one optimized for online use and another for viewing on larger screens or printing. The larger files can be used to aid in presentations or to present the speakers during business meetings and gatherings.
